caad dies on a V5.1 two node cluster.

Fellow sysadmins,

I am building a two node cluster. GS160s running Tru64 UNIX V5.1 with PK5.

Am having some problems with "caad" dying on me. Once I rename the caa.reg file to "old.caa.reg" and reboot, I am fine. But then when I come up, I don't even have the cluster_lockd service. So when I try to register any resource with a "caa_register", the caad daemon just dies. It doesn't die on the other cluster member then, but when you attempt the same, then it does die. If you don't rename the registry to old and attempt to reboot, you can't...It simply hangs on/around S15clu_caa startup.

I think, in addition to renaming the registry, perhaps, I need to clear out some lock files or something. Just wondering if anyone has seen this situation before...

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
