/usr/sbin/ca flags to get 'decomposed configuration tree report' for entry type 110 from binary.errlog

Hi-

I would like to see the FRU listing from the 'generalized machine state' entries (entry type 110)
from the binary.errlog in my ES45. But I can't figure out which flags to feed to /usr/sbin/ca
to get the complete detailed listing. Every flag I give returns a message telling me:

     A Decomposed Configuration Tree Report is available
     for this event, and may be selected separately for
     display in certain user modes.

So what are the correct flags for /usr/sbin/ca in order to generate the configuration tree report?
If I missed it in the Compaq Analyze documentation, please point me to the reference.
