How to swap disks

Good Afternoon:

I will swap a 2GB RZ28 device with a 9GB RZ1 disk. The disk is a JBOD. Does
the Alpha 2100 recognize the 9GB drive automatically after reboot? If it
doesn't, what should I do to make the Alpha recognize the change and then I
can label it? The RZ1 is pre-formatted. The disk is a data disk.

DEC2100_500.
