SUMMARY: setting hsz70s to multibus failover

Thanks to Warren Sturm and Greg Freemyer for answering this question. It
turned out to be one of those "Oh, Duh!" revelations...

No, you can't change the controller's SCSI ID's. Those ID's are what they
are on their own internal SCSI buses. They have nothing to do with what is
seen from the host.

I also had one response that recommended a third-party hardware maintenance
firm, SMS Systems Maintenance. If we ever get to spend a little money I'll
be sure to check them out.
