Trouble with 4D51T video

I have an Intergraph Intense3D Pro2200 video card that is supposed
to be identical to the Powerstorm 4D51T, and is now installed in a 433au.
It does show up as a 4D51T in SRM as a PCI bridge, bus 0 to bus1, bus1 slot
4 is a Cateyes VGA daughterboard and bus1 slot 5 is a Cateyes 4D51T-1000.

I am having problems in both 4.0f and 5.1a. I load the Compaq
drivers, the kernel recompiles and has support for the "ingr" device, but
when I reboot, I get this:

        pci1 (primary bus:0 subordinate bus:1) at pci0 slot 11
        ingr_vga0 at pci1 slot 4
        ingr0 at pci1 slot 5
ingr0: Device failed during TP initialization.
        ingr0: Device failed during initialization.

Tried booting from generic kernel, rebuilding kernel, powering down,
all the usual stuff, and I always get the same thing.

        Any ideas?

Thanks
