Hello managers,
We have a 500au Alpha personal workstation running on
Digital Unix 4.0d.
When the system is powered on, the boot messages or
SRM console is not being displayed. The system comes
up and directly displays the multiuser mode login
prompt.
The /etc/inittab file is compared with another system
and found to be similar.
What could be the possible problem?
