UPDATE: My alt0 is now alt2.

Just a side note, I'm getting all kinds of suggestions for deleting moving
and renaming scsi devices, and I'm sure they work great, but my GB Adapters
are PCI devices. In other words they don't have a SCSI ID to use in the
commands. I looked in Chapter 5 of the Admin Guide before querying the list.
It abounds with info on SCSI devices, but PCI info is pretty scarce. I guess
I should have specified I looking for info on PCI devices.

also dsfmgr -m doesn't like the "alt" prefix either it seems to want a "dsk"
or "tape" prefix.
