Collect Error

Wanting to use collect to get some perf stats, its dies with the
following error.

/usr/sbin/collect -ol -F -p
/var/adm/collect.dated/collect_init@16-Sep-00:05:02.cgz -sd -Ddsk551

FATAL: Mini-Header out of sync. Dying

setld -i | grep -i COL
COLUTIL200 installed Collect Utilities version
2.01 FTP
OSFPAT00017500520 installed Patch: collect incorrectly
reports network interface load(System Administration Patches)
OSFPAT00079900520 installed Patch: Fixes several
problems with collect utility(System Administration Patches)

I saw only one other reference to this same error when googleing, no
summary though.
