Hello,
I have been using Hummingbird's Exceed product to connect my Win2K PC to
my Unix servers (v5.1a) via the XDMCP broadcast feature, which works
well for most of my servers. However, I have one server on a different
network accessed through a router that isn't visible through the XDMCP
broadcast. I have been trying to figure out how to start a CDE session
on that server with little success. I can start an xterm session by
sending "/usr/dt/bin/dtterm -display @d&" through the client setup
wizard, but I have been unable to get either dtlogin or dtgreet to start
using a similar setup command. Has anyone been able to start a CDE
session from Windows to Tru64 across a router? Any help would be
appreciated!
