Load balancing in AdvFS domain?

Hi,

I've an Advfs domain "DOMAIN" with a fileset "FSET". I need to increase the filesystem
size by adding a second disk in the domain. However, I would like to load-balance access
on both disks. Is it possible? How can I tune performance?
