NetManager redundancy

I can not afford to buy High availability software for failing over for the NetManager. Therefore we are looking for a active stand by mode by buying another server and a storage array to put in the middle of the two servers. Does anyone have experience with NetManager? I would like to know if tru64 V 4.0f will be able to handle the software.
