We have a system with two machines, HSZ40 on each one, not
configured for dual redundancy. A few months ago we upgraded the OS fron
4.0d to 4.0f, and ever since then the disks have been blowing errors, both
hard and soft. We have swapped disks from one slot to another and had the
error show up on another disk in the same slot.
The controller firmware is 3.7, which should be OK. I can't think
of any other reason why this would start happening just after an OS upgrade.
Does anyone know of any issues?
