Dear alpha colleagues,

sorry for my previus empty mail with the same object sent by mistakes.

I'm asking for your help to find somewhere any technical and servicing
documentation about the DIGITAL 20/40 Gb DLT drive named TZ88N-AX.

I could'nt find any web "retired products info" repository in the newhp
site, so I ask if you know where such info exists (if they still exist!)
I did'nt succed using google or any other search engines.

TZ88N-AX is the driver placed in the TZ885-NT 5 slot tabletop
minilibary. My library doesn't work properly anymore so I opened the box
and I discoverd that (it seems to me) the fault is not in the "robotics"
but in the driver itself.
It happens that often (but not always) the BOT is not found and the tape
is searched for a very long time. I cleaned the heads of the driver
several time today, but after a few rigth operations the mulfunctions is
back again.
Sometimes all the lights blinks togeter and I don't know its meaning.

Thank you very much from Italy,

Emanuele
