UBC usage?

Is there anything to worry about when I see UBC usage approacing 3GB?
I have, per compaq/oracle tuning documents, ubc_maxpercent set to 100, I'm
just
wondering if there's anything I should be watching out for as the UBC usage
gets
high, or if it's just caching lots of filesystem objects etc. and really
nothing
to worry about?

While I'm asking, is there any way to see utilization of memory out of the
rad_gh_region[]s?
