detect failed blower in SSB BA-356???

Hi guys,
Is there any way that i can detect that the
blower(fan) of my BA-356 shelf(which is using a
personality module) is failed at the operating system
level, i mean by any snmp object identifer, that i can
query using snmp_request?? or any other command??

I am using Tru64 4.0F on DS20(2 node cluster) with two
BA-356 shelfs and 12 HDD's.
because i dint see any message in /var/adm/mesages or
envmon or syslog.dated dir?? unless i figured out
physically looking at the shelf, top LED was not
glowing.
