hello managers:
i urgently need to recover an as2100 that fails at srm
level displaying
errors on the raid controller test. i already change
the xcr by
different ones the same model but the error remains.
any idea??
scenario: as2100 5/300, fw version 5.3, ecu 1.9, swxcr
raid controller
(kzpac-xf) , no operating system yet but 4.0D needed.
at booting time in srm level, the following msg is
displayed:
"waiting for dra.0.0.7.0 to poll ( 11 times)
Testing the disks (read only)
Read/Write failed with status 0002 on dra 0.0.7.0 Hard
error Error #5
Diag Name exer-kid ID 0000014b Pass 0 Test 0
Hard 1 Soft 0
Error in read of o bytes at location 00002A00 from
device dra.0.0.0.7.0

i tried installing 2 new controllers but the error is
the same. the
box "boot" the standalone configuration utility but
the actions ( ie
initialize drives) fail displaying "READ WRITE ERROR"
any help/idea will be appreciated. thanks in advance
