Moving Files

I currently have an ES40 running 5.1A. I just purchased an ES45 system and
I am in the process of clustering these two systems together. I have an
HSG70 storage device on the 40 and an HSG80 on the 45. I would like to get
rid of the HSG70 but currently have a lot of files on this device. Within
the cluster right now, I do have these drives NFS mounted (until I get the
ES40 onto the cluster). I would like to create a com file (I'm a VMS
person) which would allow the user's to copy these files over individually
as needed. I also need this com file to modify the permissions on the file
so that every user can use/access these files. So, I am not sure how to
do this - what do I need to set the owner of the file to - the group to and
the permissions. Most of the files on the system has system as the owner
(a user always used the su to run his jobs - don't ask!!). My user's will
need full access to these files - most of the files are models and within
this group - there are only 4 users.

If anyone has any ideas on how this com procedure should look like or how I
should do it - I would appreciate it.
