Tru64 4.0G versus Tru64 5.1a

I'm in the process of researching the pro's and con's to upgrading our
operating system to either 4.0G or 5.1a. We are currently using Tru64 4.0F
on Digital Alpha Servers (4100 and 4000). I've completed a test upgrade to
4.0G and things went very smooth. Since 4.0G will be desupported (from
Oracle) September 2003 I'd like to determine if it would be better to go
straight to 5.1a.

If anyone has comments or concerns I'd greatly appreciate your response.
