I tried it: work's fine, but the problem is that i have a root volume
containing many directory changing a lot of times each day! It's a file
server, and the users create new subdirs at each level each day!
I.e., with the
mktrashcan /usr/trash /usr/works/*
i can attach a trash to all directories that actually exists in the
/usr/works/ , but i cannot attach the dirs in the, i.e., /usr/works/dir1/
and, most important, if a user create the /usr/works/test directory, i don't
have the trash attached to it.
I wouldn't run a job at scheduled time that attach all subfolders is
/usr/works : there is another solution? How can i attach the trash to entire
ADVS volume?

You can do something like this by setting up the volume on an AdvFS
partition and having a "trash can" for the entire AdvFS volume. You won't
get exactly the same effect, but it will be close. See the AdvFS
documentation for details.

We have a File Server XP-1000 4.0F Tru64 with ASU ECO-3 installed on.
When a PC client delete a file on the server's shared folder, there is no
way to recover it: as happen for standard windows network share, the file
isn't stored on the recycle but directly deleted.
There is a way to create a "trash" or "recovery bin" that work on the ASU
share?
