HP Services, the part that was formerly Compaq service. Or, see
        if ATL/Quantum can provide a copy. However, there may be
        contractual obligation that they can't. From out side of
        things I think the diagnostic software was only available
        through services.

We have a service contract with a third-party vendor. Hopefully they will
have access to HP/Compaq
services.

I have a older model (Digital) TL822 DLT Tape Library that is not working
properly.
Does anyone have, or know where I can get the Diagnostic Software for the
TL82X
Library?
