New named doesn't work on cluster alias

Hi all,

We have a Tru64 5.1a, 2 member cluster which has been configured to run
named (v8.3.1) using caa as a single-instance and binding to a cluster
alias and the localhost (127.0.0.1). Named does not bind to the cluster
alias, but does bind to the localhost on whichever member it starts on and
will perform lookups using this server. The alias is ping'able and able to
be connected to via other protocols.

See below for some configuration information.

/etc/clua_services
#

Any ideas?
