V5.1 cluster failover of root cron jobs

Hi all,

We have a V5.1 cluster running active-passive and we need to failover
certain root cron jobs whenever an application failsover. In the application
script I can see how it fails over an entire user's crontab file, but how
would you achieve this for selected root jobs (eg. backup)?

Should they be setup under a different user and all failed over? If so, how
do you setup another user with the same type of access as root?
