Before upgrading from 5.1 to 5.1A

Hello Managers,

It's rather an advice.

One of my system is still running 5.1 while all the others are in 5.1a.

The concern is that this system is running Oracle 8.1.7 for the payroll
and people management application.

What kind of problems could occur if I upgrade this "very important"
system ?
