Compiling OpenSSH 3.4p1 with Compaq C

Has anyone succeeded at compiling OpenSSH3.4p1 with Compaq C?

I have run into a snag with typedef code in the defines.h file.
I didn't have any problems compiling OpenSSH2.9p2(the
version I'm current using) which has identical code
in defines.h
