SUMMARY: ADVFS, moving (not copying) data between filesets

 Answer was probably best stated by Dr. Tom ...

There is no such tool. It can't be done except by copying. Forget
the fact that AdvFS is a volume and physical space manager below the
file system layer and that physically the data is in the same AdvFS
domain...

and my favorite part;

 Sorry there is no magic here.

 He was correct in his assumption. My knowing that the data was really in
the same domain got me to thinking that it ought to be similar to moving
stuff inside a filesystem. Just update the filesystem metadata and no need
to really move data. Oh well, "no magic here" ;-) I had to ask.

Thanks to all who responded...
