I inherited a system that has a vendor that has to put and get files from 2
different directories.
I discovered that the user the vendor uses for this can "see" any file and
any directory on the system.
I am in the process of changing this, are there any suggestions as to the
"best" way to do this?

I believe this list is faster than searching the MAN pages... which I am
doing now.
