Hello from HK,

MO traffic is down again, can you restart the process, please ?

Yesterday i asked two times for a trouble ticket and i did not get it. Can you please open it ?

The problem is again in the BIP protocol implementation, can we have an information on what steps will you take to fix it ?

We are testing new service based on the MO traffic right now. The service is to be tested by our customers next week and we would like this problem to be solved by that time. Is that possible ?
