SSH connection in TRU64

Hello,

I have compiled the latest version of OpenSSH (3.4p1) in Tru64 (4.0F) and
I'm getting this error message every time I try to connect using TeraTerm or
Putty:

Account is disabled -- see Account Administrator.

Connection to <hostname> closed by remote host.
Connection to <hostname> closed.

Does anybody have ever seen this ?
