Dear Tru64 gurus,

Sorry for the late summary, but I solved the problem only now.

The knowledge rules for 5.1A are in WEBES 4.0 SP5 which can be found at
        http://www.compaq.com/support/svctools/webes/webes-sp.html

After updating WEBES don't forget to manually copy the rules
        Tru64_Unix_Include_Text01_V51A.KRS
        Tru64_Unix_RULES_V51A.KRS
from the directory
         ./WEBES_V40SP5/client_rules/tru64unix
to the directory
        /usr/opt/compaq/svctools/ccat/data
because the updating process doesn't do it (at least in my case).

Hoping this helps
Ciao from Italy

My original post dated 24th Oct 2001:
        Hi TruFriends,

I've just moved from 5.1 to 5.1A and I would like to analizy my first
crash had with the new system. The problem is that, even if I
succesfully installed WEBESBASE400 (wich has ccat), the CCAT Knowledge
Rules for verison 5.1A are missing.
In dir /usr/opt/compaq/svctools/ccat/data there are rules for version
from 4.0D to 5.1, but the file Tru64_Unix_RULES_V51A.KRS is missing.

So, does anybody know where can I get Tru64_Unix_RULES_V51A.KRS from?

Thank you very much from Italy,
        Emanuele
