Several people pointed us in the right direction but one person put it so
clearly and succinctly that I'll just quote him directly:
In case you haven't already gotten a solution, I would first do a "voldisk
rm rsc17". Then "disklabel -z rzc17" to get rid of the old disklabel, then
write a new disklabel "disklabel -wr rzc17" then add the disk back into
your disk group with voldiskadm. Hope this helps.
