Hi *,

Thanks for all advices, specially to Tim Mark who suggested the following:

It may be that the so-called "frags file", where AdvFS keeps really
small files and the "tails" of files, is taking up lots of space.
You could try this:

# sysconfig -r advfs AdvfsMinFragGrps=3
# sysconfig -r advfs AdvfsMaxFragGrps=4

Then, if you can, try creating a new file of
size < 8k in /mqueue and then removing it.
The removal of the file might trigger the
removal of lots of unused storage by the frags file.
If you can't do this, reboot, if possible,
and then try the whole thing again.

In fact, this did not solve the problem. I had to reboot the box.
Once up, the domain was still full.... 'verify VIC_DOMAIN' reported no errors and
'showfdmn VIC_DOMAIN' reported a lot of free blocks!!!!

I decided to backup files, perform a 'rmfset VIC_DOMAIN MQUEUE', 'mkfset VIC_DOMAIN MQUEUE'.
Problem was solved! Is it a AdvFS bug???

Of course, a case has been opened @ HPaq support. Keep you informed if I've news.

Regards,
Xavier
