Tru64 5.1A patch kit 2 woes

Hi all,
              I just patched my 5.1a system with the agregate patch kit 2 .
I have 3D Oxygen Lab card on my XP1000 . Now after patching the system
the X refuses to
start and system goes into a loop ( rebooting). The system is working
fine with X disabled.
Any pointers to get the X started .
