Can we share a SCSI array between 2 clusters?

Under tru64 v5.1a/trucluster v5.1a, can we share an ESA10000 using HSZ70
controllers between 2 clusters? Assuming we could get the physical connections,
could we do something with access_ids on the array so that each cluster could
only use 1/2 the disks? Our FSE seems to think it's do-able, but he needs
to research further, I don't think you can because I'm thinking the only
way to do this (without splitting up the HSZ70s so they are not redundant -
we have 2) is to set both members of one cluster's array adapters to the
same scsi id, so the access id could equal that scsi id, but then how would
the array know which node to send data back to? Am I totally missing something?

TIA!!!
