sed question

Good morning every-one,
Our application on ES40 with Tru64 5.0A sometimes print form feed in the
beginning of the print job. Someone from this mailing list suggeted to use
sed script command line. It sounds good and I tried it, but I could not
get sed command to delete form feed (^L) . Is there anyone can help me
here on how to delete the form feed from the print job.
