how to get more memory for a single job

Hallo,

I've a XP1000 with 256 MB RAM under True 64 5.1.
It seems that each user can get only 80 MB for his job.
Ulimit is set to unlimited, so I think I have to set/change the parameters
in /etc/sysconfigtab via sysconfig.
Is there an initial guess for "good" parameters for a machine with big jobs ?
