RAID controller, or disk cage, or ???

        Was greeted this morning with the following errors on a DS20E,
with an KZPCC-CE controller, and 4394 disk cage:

        My question is this, are these errors indicating that the
controller has died? Or could this be an error in the cage itself? Or a
disk related? On the array itself, 9 of the 10 drives have the amber
"X" light lit, but I tend to doubt 9 drives died at once...
