latest Patch Kit + Multi processor?

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1) What is the latest Patch Kit for Tru64 5.1A ?
   Is it PK 2? If so where do I get it? I used to get them here,
   but I'm not sure which one it would be now.

2) We're looking at adding a second processor per node in our DS20E 5.1A
   cluster. I presume a kernel rebuild will have to take place. Is this
   easy enough to do?
