Hi Managers,
I have a problem on one of the RA3000
RAID ARRAY Storage works.The configuration is
that there is a single HSZ22 controller
and one RAID set of 5 drives. Four drives are on channel
zero and one drive is on channel one. The
drive on channel one had a problem and was hot swapped.
After swapping the drive the SWCC
management software shows that the drive is available but is not
a member of the RAID set. There is no
option on the management software ( SWCC V2.3) where
we can add this drive to the existing
RAID set. There is an option available where we can remove
a drive from the group. There is no
activity on the drive and no amber light.
Any Suggestions to solve this problem.? Do
I have to reconfigure the RAID set after taking the Backup
and then restoring the backup?
Also one of the drive on channel 0 is
showing amber light permanently on and green light blinking.
What does this indicate? Any Idea?
The RAID Array firmware rev is d11x
