Allowed disk partition types

Dear managers,

I want to change (for documentation purposes) the "file system"
("fstype") field of a disk partition which is used for storage
of raw DB data.

The graphical "disk configuration" tool allows me to select
among "unused", "4.2BSD" and "AdvFS" but has no option like
"DBMS", "raw data", "logdevice", ... ; in the docs I found
nothing either.

Before I start "disklabel" - does any reader know what choices
I have to assign some more appropriate text?
What happens if I put my own text there, and is there any
syntax restriction (like "no blanks" probably)?
The machine currently runs 4.0 D.

Regards and TIA,
Joerg Bruehe
