SUMMARY: Upgrading X Server on OSF1 v3.2D

Thanks to Dr Thomas Blinn for the answer which I think I
was expecting, although I had hoped for better news.

Basically, the upgrade of the X Server should not be attempted.
It will never work! An OS upgrade would be required to get
a newer X Server.
