Supressing banner (burst) page

I have a couple of Tru64 boxes printing via TCP and LPR to a Linux
hosts. Other Unix boxes (linux) don't print banner pages.

According to the man page for printcap the sh variable should
suppress headers, I've tried both true and false, but it still prints
the banner pages.

Here's the printcap for the Tru64 box:

3.418_lw:\
         :lp=:rm=<linux box IP>:rp=3.418_lw:\
         :af=/usr/local/lpd-acct/3.418_lw-acct:\
         :sd=/var/spool/lpd/3.418_lw:\
         :sh=true:\
         :mx#0:

Anyone have any details on how to suppress the banner pages?
