New CDE/NFS/NIS patches

What is the difference between patch DUV40FB18-C0067302-14158-ES-20020429 and
DUV40FB18-C0067301-13427-ES-20020228?

Both these patches address 'Potential Security Vulnerability CDE and NIS'.
Does a system that has DUV40FB18-C0067301-13427-ES-20020228 applied need
DUV40FB18-C0067302-14158-ES-20020429 installed also?

I noticed that DUV40FB18-C0067301-13427-ES-20020228 does not install patches
for Motif shared libraries if the static libraries are not installed.
The new patch release seems to split these up to resolve this problem. What
other differences are there between these to patch releases?
