Starting processors at boot time.

        I am using an AS4100 running TRU64 5.1A (Rev. 1885). 2 processors -
1Gb main memory.

I just noticed after the most recent system re-boot that my second
processor is not starting.

        # psrinfo -n
number of processors on system = 1
        # psrinfo -v
Status of processor 0 as of: 05/14/02 16:50:33
          Processor has been on-line since 05/14/2002 15:06:01
The alpha EV5.6 (21164A) processor operates at 532 MHz,
has a cache size of 4194304 bytes,
and has an alpha internal floating point processor.

At boot time the message 'processor 2 will not start restricted by
value of CPU_ENABLED' flashes past the screen.

I guess that CPU_ENABLED is an EVM variable.

Can anyone tell me what value this should be set to?
Is there any way to view th eboot logs using an editor?

        Thanks.
