changing the ARP timeout

Does anyone know how to change the arp timeout on a Tru64 system? We have
760 ES54s on a single (bridged) ethernet (an AlphaserverSC cluster; we
can't split the network), and we are finding that ARP broadcasts are eating
up a significant amount of network.
