Summary::Strange ps behaviour

for their suggestions.
Dr Thomas Blinn suggested a reboot that could be a solution to the problem.
And Canthy have had a similar experience whith a system that has been up for a long period.
In fact this is the case with me.My DS20 Alpha has been up now for 1 year time.
Both them suggested that the problem may have been caused by kernel memory related problems.
I did a reboot and now everything looks ok.
