Disk problems?

I have a pair of ES40's that were moved from one data center to
another only to find that the A/C couldn't keep up (It was already
unable to keep up, but this put it over the edge -- temp went up
like 6 degrees over night). So, the systems have been powered off
for a while. When bringing them back up, the HSG80s complained
about low battery, but after charging for a while, that's no longer
an issue.

I'm seeing some of the disks on the HSG controller, but far from
all of them. I'm getting errors trying to mount filesystems like:
oradrdb# mount /u04
Error: /dev/disk/dsk14c is an invalid device or cannot be opened.

but 'hwmgr -view devices' shows /dev/disk/dsk14c so it doesn't seem
to be an invalid device. Any ideas? Other places to look? Suggestions
for fixing?

The systems are running Tru64 PK3.
