AS 200 hardware problem

Hi all,

my AlphaStation 200 4/166 has a problem since this morning:

When I switch it on, harddisk and fans start spinning, the LED
diagnostic starts, and after about three seconds, the fans stop
and the LEDs go out. This is reproducible.

I tried the following things, in this order:
- disconnect for a few minutes
- reseat all cards
- reseat the memory modules
- disconnected the drives one by one, then all together
- tried without any PCI cards

No luck. Any ideas?
