SUMMARY: ES45 & 4.0G

The consensus is to not even attempt to run 4.0G on an ES45, simply won't
work and not worth the attempt.

Also - moving from 4.0G on an ES40 to 5.1A on an ES45 is no easy task. We
are better off installing 5.1A fresh on the ES45 and re-installing all
applications onto the ES45.

I miss the good old days of 4.0x when you could move between hardware
without worry...
