The messages I've been seeing form Bangor Hydro Electric, are virus warnings. Plus, I've been seeing Messages with subjects like:
Honey
Happey to meet you
Spice Girls: voice concert
Japanese lass' pics
IE 6.0 patch
and others that I'm afraid to look at because the new virus exploits a MIME hole. You don't have to open the message, just highlight it in outlook and the preview feature does the rest, loading the virus on your system. I believe somebody has a virus and this list is in their address book.
