changing Digital 7305 from NT to unix

Hi admins
 I have Digital 7305 with NT os. I'd like to change NT to Unix
I changed CPU board ,SCSI controller and memory boards. I've brought them
from
Digital 4100 " which is working fine on Unix platform"

and I started booting form cdrom " Compaq True 64 Unix 5.1a "

 but it the following messages appears
